Coming Mother...

Have you ever thought this while rolling your eyes in your head? Of course you have! Everyone has thought this at least once in their life. Lately it feels as if I am constantly at my mother's beck-and-call. Is this okay? Well, it's just dandy. The better I behave the more freedom I gain. So, this weekend I promise many updates with pictures. Pictures of my beautiful downtown Port Orchard that will send you flying to the skies. [while rocking your socks off in the process]

Coffee, oh heaven-like gift, coffee, coffee, coffee. It's strange. If I talked to kids in the middle of Washington most of them rarely ever like coffee. However, OH NO, not in Port Orchard (or any other city/town near Seattle). They all love coffee. I even take my coffee black. Some take it easy with just creamer while others take it with so much pizazz that I don't even know what they are asking for sometimes! So, if you are ever near Pike Place go to 107 Pike Place Seattle Washington for Seattle's Best Coffee. Forget that brand of Starbucks for once! Try and branch away. There are plenty of delicious art cafes around also. Enjoy!

DAY TWO, Confession Three: Sometimes I will sit in front of a computer, person, TV, homework and just think... "wouldn't it be nice just to go somewhere new for once?" and then feel gloomy shadows creep up at me because I know I can't go anywhere.

Quote of the Day: "All the art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on." - Henry Ellis
